Order and Shipping InformationOur online order process is safe and secure 24 hours a day 7 days a week however, some people are a little uneasy ordering products off of the Internet and we understand this. Our staff of friendly ticket representatives will be more than happy to assist you over the phone with your ticketing needs. Ordering Tickets Online Ordering San Antonio tickets online is easy and secure. Just browse through our online inventory for any event or venue and find the tickets you would like to purchase. You will be taken through our secure online order process. For your protection, the name and billing address on your order must match your credit card exactly. CVV2 ID number required. Shipment to an address other than your billing address will require special fax authorization provided to you after placing your order. All Texas events are subject to an 8.25% sales tax. Shipping or Office Pickup Standard shipping is via FedEx within 48 hours after purchase. For an additional fee, you may upgrade to shipping options such as express or overnight when placing your order. You may pickup your tickets at our San Antonio office. If office pickup is chosen, you must call 1-210-344-6262 for exact pickup address. This option is to be used only if there is no time to ship tickets before the event. We are not responsible for missed deliveries. Return Policy Refunds or exchanges are offered only for event cancellations. All other sales are final. There is a $5.00 per ticket service charge that will not be refunded on canceled events. This refund will be by company check or credit card. Alamo Tickets is not responsible for seating changes made by venue, or unusual stage setups that may hamper view. Mailing and delivery charges are non refundable. Refund must be made within ten days of event cancellation otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there are no Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges. Alamo Tickets is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Alamo Tickets is a San Antonio ticket broker.
